At Perry Ellis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are included, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
